This is delicious on the grill in warmer months. I used two pork loins, but one 3-4 pound loin would work just as well – be sure to increase the cooking time until it reaches 145 degrees in the center.
Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions

Combine everything except pork in a large ziplock bag and mix well.

Add pork and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook for 30-35 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reaches 145 degrees.

Remove from over and let rest for 10 minutes.

Slice and serve.
