Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine everything except pork in a large ziplock bag and mix well.

  2. Add pork and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reaches 145 degrees.

  5. Remove from over and let rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Slice and serve.
