Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, almonds and coconut in a microwave safe dish.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour over the oat mixture and stir to combine.

  3. Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring well after each 1 1/2 minutes.

  4. Add raisins. Let cool completely and then store in an air tight container.
