Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the ranch packet with the oil, dill, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Stir well.
Put the oyster crackers in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them, stirring to coat.
Put the crackers on a jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 -20 minutes, stirring gently halfway through.
Cool, then store in an airtight container.
