Power Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all together in a large bowl.

  2. Flash freeze for 20 minutes.

  3. Roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
