Lemon-Thyme Grilled Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce mahi mahi filets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine everything except fish in a large ziplock bag.

  2. Add fish and coat with marinade. Refrigerate for 20-60 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium high. Remove fish from marinade and grill filets a few minutes on each side or until cooked as desired.
